Urban Exposure brings in Graeme Alfille-Cook as chief strategy officer

(Sharecast News) - Specialist residential development financier and asset manager Urban Exposure announced on Thursday that Graeme Alfille-Cook would join its management team on 2 September as chief strategy officer.
The AIM-traded firm said that in the role, Alfille-Cook would be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company's strategy across all aspects of origination and capital raising, reporting to chief executive officer Randeesh Sandhu.

It said he had more than 28 years of experience within the financial and real estate sectors, having held various roles within Lloyds Banking Group, including managing director of its commercial real estate developers team.

Prior to that, he was a relationship director, covering a number of the bank's "highest profile and complex" real estate relationships.

Alfille-Cook also had "extensive" experience in the structured credit and securitisation markets, with other roles encompassing client coverage in the fast-moving consumer goods sector and risk.

Since leaving Lloyds he had been acting as a consultant, notably with Apex Airspace Developments, for which he closed innovative debt facilities with Homes England and the GLA.

"We are delighted that Graeme will be joining Urban Exposure," said Randeesh Sandhu.

"He is an important addition to the executive team and brings a wealth of valuable experience, having worked for nearly three decades in development finance, that will be invaluable as we deliver our growth strategy in the coming years."
