Director dealings: Segro director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Segro revealed on Friday that non-executive director Sue Clayton had purchased 7,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed real estate investment trust.
Clayton, who joined Segro's board back in May 2018, acquired the shares at an average price of 860.40p each, for a total value of £60,227.89.

Earlier in the week, Segro sold a portfolio of UK big-box warehouses for £241m to a fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in a joint-venture with Thor Equities Group.

The transaction was expected to complete by the end of the year, Segro said on Tuesday.

As of 1625 GMT, Segro shares were up 3.54% at 871.40p.
