Director dealings: Ixico CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Ixico revealed on Thursday that chief executive Giulio Cerroni had purchased 24,800 ordinary shares in the British clinical research firm.
Cerroni, who joined the board of Ixico back in February 2017, acquired the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 80.20p each, for a total value of £19,889.60.
Shortly before Christmas, Ixico announced a £1.8m extension to a phase 3 study in Huntington's Disease, which it had previously announced in September 2018.
The AIM-traded firm also confirmed a £0.6m extension to a study programme in Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, which was initially announced in October.
As of 1635 GMT, Ixico shares were down 0.29% at 85.50p.
