Director dealings: RPS Group CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - RPS Group revealed on Monday that chief executive John Douglas had purchased 67,520 ordinary shares in the London-listed professional services firm.
Douglas, who took over as CEO back in 2017, acquired the shares on Thursday at an average price of 147.0p each, for a total value of ?99,254.40.
Earlier in February, RPS reported a fall in revenue to ?612.6m from ?637.4m in its final results.
RPS said fee income for the year ended 31 December totalled ?556.5m, down from ?574.2m in 2018, while profit before tax and amortisation of acquired intangibles and transaction-related costs and exceptional items (PBTA) slid to ?37.3m from ?50.2m.
As of 1635 GMT, RPS shares were down 3.28% at 141.40p.
