Slieve Divena II wind farm joins Greencoat portfolio

(Sharecast News) - Greencoat UK Wind has completed the acquisition of the Slieve Divena II wind farm from SSE Renewables, it announced on Monday, for a consideration of ?51m.
The London-listed firm said Slieve Divena II has a capacity of 18.8MW and load factor of 31.3%, receives 0.9 renewables obligation certificates per MWh, and has been operational since June 2017.
"The acquisition was funded by UKW's acquisition facility plus reinvestment of portfolio cash of ?24m," the Greencoat board said in its statement.
At 1515 BST, shares in Greencoat UK Wind were up 1.71% at 130.6p.
