Inland Homes to reopen sales and marketing suites

(Sharecast News) - Brownfield developer Inland Homes will reopen its sales and marketing suites from 22 May as part of an effort to support the group's ongoing online sales and marketing activities.
Inland said on Monday that its decision to reopen the sites followed Downing Street's recently updated guidance - which removed the restriction on non-essential home moves and supported the return of activities related to the sale and purchase of properties.
The London-listed group stated that in order to ensure social distancing, visits would be by appointment only and limited to two people from the same household.
Chief executive Stephen Wicks said: "Our sites are located in areas of high demand and acute housing shortages. We are therefore confident that we will see sustained demand for the high-quality houses and apartments we build.
"With these measures in place, we're delighted to be reopening and look forward to welcoming customers back again very soon."
As of 1320 BST, Inland shares were up 2.63% at 48.75p.
