Marlowe acquires employment law compliance firm Deminos Consulting

(Sharecast News) - Specialist services group Marlowe has acquired subscription-based HR and employment law compliance firm Deminos Consulting.
Marlowe snapped up Deminos on Friday, which provides services to a range of small-to-medium enterprises across the UK, for a total of £700,000 - funded from the group's existing cash and debt facilities
The AIM-listed group said Deminos would be integrated into its Law At Work subsidiary.
In the year ended 31 July 2019, Deminos generated revenues of £1m and underlying earnings of £200,000.
As of 0955 BST, Marlowe shares were up 0.71% at 498.49p.
