Director dealings: Centralnic director lowers stake

(Sharecast News) - Centralnic revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Samuel Dayani had disposed of 800,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed internet domain registrar via his interest in Erin Invest and Finance.
Erin Invest and Finance sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 74.80p each, for a total value of £598,400.02.
Back in April, Centralnic said it had not experienced interruptions in its services to customers or in its supply chain as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Centralnic said its current trading remained in line with market expectations.
As of 1645 BST, Centralnic shares were down 2.77% at 79.0p.
