Randall & Quilter makes another captive legacy acquistion

(Sharecast News) - Randall & Quilter announced on Friday that its wholly-owned Vermont subsidiary, ICDC, has completed the acquisition of NationsBuilders Insurance Company (NBIC).
The AIM-traded firm described NBIC as a District of Columbia-domiciled captive, with the vendor being NationsBuilders Insurance Services.
"We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of NBIC," said group head of mergers and acquisitions, Paul Corver.
"This marks our third captive legacy acquisition in 2020.
"R&Q is well positioned to take on books of business of all sizes and we expect to announce further legacy transactions before the end of the year."
At 1423 BST, shares in Randall & Quilter were down 0.1% at 152.35p.
