Director dealings: Hammerson director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Hammerson revealed on Friday that non-executive director Desmond de Beer had purchased a total of 6.3m ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed real estate investment trust.
De Beer, who joined Hammerson's board in June, bought the shares in three separate transactions via multiple investment vehicles of which he is one of the ultimate beneficiaries.

Delsa Investments snapped up 3.0m shares at an average price of 52.66p each, for a total value of £1.57m, as did Optimprop 3.

Optimprop 3 also acquired 300,000 shares at an average price of 52.37p each, for a total value: £157,110.

As of 1540 BST, Hammerson shares were up 1.68% at 52.08p.
