Director dealings: Mind Gym executives up stakes

(Sharecast News) - Mind Gym revealed on Monday that chairperson Joanne Cash, chief executive Octavius Black and director Sebastien Bailey had all significantly upped their stakes in the AIM-listed firm.
Cash and Black jointly purchased 555,555 ordinary shares in the group at an average cost of 90.0p each, for a total value of £499,999.49, while Bailey, who co-founded the company, acquired 500,000 shares at 90.0p each, for a total of £449,999.99.

Last Friday, the training solutions provider said that its first-half trading performance had reflected the ongoing disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic to its global client base.

However, revenues from virtual live deliveries increased significantly to 78% of total revenues, compared to 32% for the same period in 2019, with revenue for the six months ended 30 September now expected to be 40% weaker year-on-year at £14.5m.

As of 1630 BST, Mind Gym shares were up 3.12% at 82.50p.
