Director dealings: Tristel CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Tristel revealed on Monday that chief executive Paul Swinney had acquired 8,104 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed hygiene products manufacturer.
Swinney, who cofounded Tristel back in 1993, purchased the shares at an average price of 572.75p each, for a total value of £46,415.66.

Earlier in the day, Tristel updated the market on recent trading, reporting that second-half sales in all markets started "very slowly" due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on patient examinations.

As of 1640 BST, Tristel shares were down 14.93% at 570.0p.
