Directors dealings: Spouse of AFC Energy chairman buys in

(Sharecast News) - The spouse of AFC Energy's chairman, Gary Bullard, picked up some shares in the hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer's stock.
According to the company, on the day before, Elaine Sullivan purchased 40,000 shares at 55.3p for a total transaction amount of £22,120.

That boosted Bullard's interest in the firm to 70,000 ordinary shares or 0.001%.

Joseph Mangion, one of AFC's non-executive director's, bought 10,093 shares alongside at 54.5p apiece, taking his total holdings to 25,093.

As of 1415 BST, the company's shares were trading 6.27% higher at 57.6p, having hit a record closing high of 83.5p on 8 January.

Since then, on 16 April, AFC had received a £3.25m investment from ABB Schweiz.
