Altitude Group ropes in Graham Feltham as new finance chief

(Sharecast News) - Personalised products marketplace operator Altitude Group announced the appointment of Graham Feltham as chief financial officer on Tuesday, being appointed to the board with immediate effect.
The AIM-traded firm also confirmed that Graeme Couturier had resigned from the board with immediate effect, and would leave the company following a short handover period with Feltham.

It said Feltham was an "experienced" public company CFO, joining from the AIM-listed Newmark Security, where he was appointed CFO in 2019.

He began his career at EY, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000.

After that, Feltham worked at Belron International, the world's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement company.

Following his time at Belron, he spent about five years at StatPro Group, an AIM-listed software development group, as Europe financial controller and group financial controller, where he managed the external financial reporting and performance and analysis teams.

Following StatPro, he spent more than four years as group financial controller of Safetykleen Group, a private equity-owned group specialising in a recurring book of business in surface cleaners, and with annual revenues of over £235m.

Altitude said Feltham played a "key role" in the sale of Safetykleen by Warbug Pincus to Apax Partners for £800m in 2017, and joined Newmark Security from Safetykleen in 2019.

"We are delighted to welcome Graham Feltham to the board," said chief executive officer Nichole Stella.

"He brings a wealth of knowledge and commercial experience to our finance team.

"His expertise will be instrumental in delivering accelerated growth in the future."

At 1130 BST, shares in Altitude Group were up 5.43% at 36.9p.
