FTSE 250 movers: Mediclinic rallies on update; Qinetiq recovers

(Sharecast News) - London's FTSE 250 was 0.5% higher at 22,978.27 in afternoon trade on Friday.
Mediclinic rallied as the private healthcare provider reported a rise in first-half revenue, driven by a jump in patient activity across its three divisions.
Qinetiq was in the black, having fallen heavily on Thursday after it warned of a possible downgrade to its short-term guidance. The shares were also lifted by an upgrade to 'buy' at Investec.
Harbour Energy was boosted by an upgrade to 'buy' from 'hold' at Berenberg, which said it was updating its model to incorporate its revised price deck.
"The result is a significant increase in our near-term estimates, with EBITDA up by 11% and 31% in FY21/FY22 respectively," it said. "Our forecasts also show significant free cash flow which could result in the company having a net cash balance sheet as early as 2024."
Jupiter Fund Management advanced as it posted an increase in assets under management for the three months to 30 September.
