Sunrise expecting second £0.2m investment from Towards Net Zero

(Sharecast News) - Nevada-focussed mineral developer Sunrise Resources announced on Monday that it was expecting to receive within the next week the second investment, subject to amended terms, of £0.2m from Towards Net Zero.
The AIM-traded firm described Towards Net Zero as a US-based institutional investor focussed on the green economy.
It said it would receive the investment through the issue of a convertible security with a face value of £0.2m to the Investor, under the agreement disclosed to the market on 30 November.
At 1427 BST, shares in Sunrise Resources were down 7.5% at 0.09p.
