(Sharecast News) - Computer products manufacturer Concurrent Technologies said on Monday that it had received a $3.33m purchase order for one of its standard product computer boards.
Concurrent Technologies said the order, which came from a US defence prime contractor, was for a product that conforms to the VME standard, an older standard, used widely in defence, and will be delivered in H125.
Chief executive Miles Adcock said: "This is an important order for Concurrent, not only because of its financial size, but also because it demonstrates the long-term commitments that the Company is creating in the US. Our customers value the approach we take technically with long-term road maps and support."
As of 1020 GMT, Concurrent Technologies shares were up 3.69% at 141.54p.
