(Sharecast News) - Auction Technology Group (ATG) announced the appointment of Sarah Highfield as its new chief financial officer on Thursday.
The FTSE 250 company said Highfield would succeed Tom Hargreaves, who was stepping down to join a private equity-backed company.

She is currently the audit and risk committee chair of Coats Group, and served as audit committee chair of Seraphine Group until 2023.
The transition timeline, including Hargreaves' departure date and Highfield's start date, would be announced in due course.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to welcome Sarah to ATG - we are delighted that she will be joining us," said chief executive officer John-Paul Savant.
"Sarah has extensive financial leadership experience working for high quality companies with a focus on both growth and rigorous cost efficiency.
We look forward to Sarah playing a prominent role as Director and as part of the ATG leadership team as we drive our business to the next stage of growth and lead the transformation of the industry. "
