(ShareCast News) - Primorus Investments announced on Monday that it has, by way of a sale and purchase agreement and loan assignment, sold its entire holding of 49% of the issued share capital in Gold Mines of Wales to Alba Mineral Resources, for a total consideration of 83,333,333 shares in Alba.
