(Sharecast News) - M Winkworth's shares jumped on Wednesday after the company reported that a strong performance from its rental business resulted in profit and revenue growth, despite a 4% decline in overall sales transactions and a 6% drop in sales in London amid stretched affordability, uncertainty around Brexit and continued declines in property prices.
