(Sharecast News) - Shares in FuboTV were skyrocketing in New York trading on Monday morning, after it announced a landmark agreement with the Walt Disney Company to merge Disney's Hulu + Live TV with Fubo, creating a "combined virtual multichannel video programming distributor" (vMVPD) business.
