Crocs Inc. Overview

Crocs Inc is a designer, manufacturer, distributor and brand manager of footwear for men, women, and children. The Company designs and sells a range of footwear and accessories that utilize the Company’s closed cell-resin, called Croslite. Croslite is a material that enables the Company to produce a soft, lightweight, non-marking, slip and odor-resistant shoe. The Company sells its Crocs-branded products throughout the United States and in over 90 countries worldwide. It sells its products through domestic and international retailers. It also sells through its webstores and kiosks.
