Skillcast Group plc (the "Company") is the holding company for the Skillcast group of companies (the "Group"), which provides software and content subscriptions and related professional services to enable companies to implement their staff compliance and training obligations. The Group helps companies across a broad spectrum of industry sectors to train their staff and demonstrate compliance with various laws, regulations, and standards that are relevant for their business. The main country of operation is the UK and the Company has an additional office in Malta.
