Morgan Stanley, one of the world's largest diversified financial services companies, operates four key business units: Institutional Securities, which provides global financial advisory and capital-raising services to corporate and other institutional clients; Individual Investor Group, the financial planning and investment advisory services business; Investment Management, which provides global asset management products and services and also includes the group’s private equity activities; and Credit Services, which offers Discover-branded cards and other consumer finance products and services.
