RGL Overview

Regional REIT’s commercial property portfolio is wholly in the UK and comprises, predominantly, quality offices and light industrial units located in the regional centres of the UK outside of the M25 motorway. The portfolio is highly diversified, amounting to 153 properties, 1,245 individual units and 898 tenants as at 31 December 2020.
