SFT Overview

We’re great operators, not only good investors. We’ve built software our entire life. It runs our business and we licence it around the world. As our business matured we looked to find better use of our public listing. Given our background in software, in 2021, we announced our acquisition plans. To focus on and invest in building the structure required to become a serial acquirer of Vertical Market Software businesses.
