WPM Overview

Wheaton is a streaming company which generates its revenue primarily from the sale of precious metals. Wheaton enters into PMPAs to purchase all or a portion of the precious metals or cobalt production from mines located around the world for an upfront payment and an additional payment upon the delivery of the precious metal.The Company has three active subsidiaries: Wheaton International and Wheaton Cayman, each of which is wholly-owned by the Company and is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands; and Silver Wheaton Luxembourg which is wholly-owned by Wheaton International and is governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
