The Guernsey-incorporated closed-end investment company is managed by HarbourVest Advisers L.P., an affiliate of HarbourVest Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in Boston, US. HVPE provides a complete private equity solution for public investors by managing the portfolio through four phases of the private equity cycle to create value.
