The company sells new and used motor vehicles, distributes parts and accessories, as well as, provides maintenance and repair services, leasing, and extended warranty for motor vehicles. The company was founded in 1913 and is based in Brisbane, Australia. At 1 March 2007 the Group employed 2,000 people, had 2,570 shareholders and sales revenue running at $1.5billion per annum.
