LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Sports Direct and House of Fraser owner Frasers Group has picked up a 4.5% stake in online clothing retailer N Brown, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
Earlier this year, Frasers bout Lancashire-based Studio Retail Group out of administration for £26.8m. It also rescued Manchester-based fast-fashion retailer Missguided from administration in a £20m deal.
N Brown owns JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo. Frasers also owns Jack Wills, Evans Cycles, and Flannels, along with I Saw it First, which it bought in July for an undisclosed sum.
At 1550 BST, N Brown shares were up 9.8% at 23.61p.
