(Sharecast News) - US-based Viavi Solutions has signed a deal to buy Spirent Communications' high speed ethernet and network security business from Keysight Technologies for $410m and an additional $15m to be paid at closing.

Spirent Communications sees flat earnings after tough year

(Sharecast News) - Telecoms testing company Spirent Communications said it expected flat annual earnings and lower revenues after a "challenging" year but reported a strong uptick of order growth in the fourth quarter.
