Mobico issued termination notice by Washington DC's WMATA

(Sharecast News) - Mobico said on Friday that its US subsidiary has been issued a termination notice by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to stop operating paratransit services, amid an ongoing legal dispute between the parties.

(Sharecast News) - Mobico shares rocketed on Thursday after the National Express owner posted better-than-expected full-year adjusted operating profit, mainly due to a record performance in Alsa, with strong end of year trading in Spain.

(Sharecast News) - Mobico surged on Wednesday after confirming that subsidiary National Express is in the advanced stages of reaching a comprehensive agreement in principle with five German public transport authorities (PTAs) to realign contract terms for rail transport services in North Rhine-Westphalia and adjacent regions.
