LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Photo-me International revealed on Thursday that Tibergest, an entity closely associated with chief executive Serge Crasnianski, had acquired 3.0m new ordinary shares in the London-listed photo booth operator.
Crasnianski, who took over as CEO for the second time in 2010, purchased the shares via his Tibergest interest on Tuesday at an average price of 75.0p each, for a total value of £2.25m.

Following the transaction, Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him hold 108.83m ordinary shares in the group, representing 28.79% of Photo-Me's issued share capital.

As of 1630 BST, Photo-Me shares were up 3.16% at 75.0p.
