LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - RM is looking for a new boss after long-serving Chief Executive David Brooks decided to leave the education resources company.
Brooks told the board he wanted a career change after more than 25 years with the company and seven years as CEO. He will leave at the end of March.
Chairman John Poulter said: "The board appreciates that David wishes to take his career in a different direction. During the period between now and March, the company will continue to have the benefit of his full engagement with the business, supported by a strong executive team, and particularly focused on the measures taken to overcome the disruption caused by Covid-19, and the progress of major capital projects."
RM provides curriculum and education for schools and nurseries, software and technology for schools and colleges and online exam services.
