Aviva: Nomura cuts target price from 540p to 414p, while its buy recommendation remains unchanged.

Balfour Beatty: RBC Capital cuts target price from 220p to 200p and stays with a neutral rating.

Barclays: Exane lowers target price from 400p to 380p and retains an outperform rating. Numis downgrades to reduce with a target price of 272p.

Bellway: Panmure Gordon raises target price from 1076p to 1327p, while keeping a hold recommendation.

British Land: Exane shifts target price from 600p to 590p maintaining a neutral rating.
