(Sharecast News) - Tate & Lyle revealed on Friday that chief financial officer Sarah Kuijlaars had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed food and beverage products business.

Berenberg downgrades Tate & Lyle to 'hold', slashes price target

(Sharecast News) - Berenberg downgraded Tate & Lyle on Wednesday to 'hold' from 'buy' and slashed the price target to 600p from 900p as it said the shares were lacking a catalyst.
