LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Charles Berry is taking a leave of absence from Weir and Centrica due to an unexpected medical condition, the companies announced on Wednesday.
Berry, who is chairman at both, is expected to return to his duties shortly.
In his absence, Scott Wheway will act as interim chairman at Centrica, while Weir has handed his responsibilities over to senior independent director Barbara Jeremiah.
