LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Oil and gas investor Reabold Resources announced on Friday that, further to its announcement on 12 June, it has completed a further investment in LNEnergy .
The AIM-traded firm said as a result, it had increased its equity interest in LNEnergy to 16.2%, and retained the second option.

"Further to the company's announcement of 12 June entitled 'Change of Admission Date', the admission of the 810,810,811 consideration shares to trading on AIM will occur at 0800 BST today," the board said in its statement on Friday morning.

"The consideration shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares."

At 1437 BST, shares in Reabold Resources were down 2.07% at 0.13p.
