LONDON (ShareCast) - Simon Embley, the out-going Chief Executive of LSL Property, announced plans to sell just short of 20m pounds-worth of shares in the residential property services provider.

Embley, who is changing roles within the company to Deputy Chairman on September 9th, traded in a total of 4.16m shares at an average price of 462.65p each.

Sales were also made by Steve Cooke, the company's Finance Director, and David Newnes, an Executive Director, who sold 70,764 and 2,164,502 shares, respectively, at the same average price.

The total of 6.4m shares represents approximately 6.14% of the issued share capital.

Following the sale, Simon Embley retains an interest of 5.89m shares, Steve Cooke an interest of 40,000 shares, and David Newnes 3.4m.
