LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Frenkel Topping shares were in the red on Monday, after its chief executive exercised options and sold £0.15m worth of shares.
The AIM-traded professional and financial services firm said Richard Fraser exercised and subsequently sold options over 250,000 shares on Friday, to fund a property transaction.

It said he sold them for 60p each for a gross transaction value of £150,001.01, with the exercise price being 0.5p.

Following the sale, Frenkel Topping said Fraser and people closely associated with him held 1,895,907 of its shares, representing 1.68% of its issued share capital, with Fraser retaining 2,750,000 share options.

At 1130 BST, shares in Frenkel Topping Group were down 9.39% at 58.44p.
