LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Energiser Investments has legally completed the sale of the 20 residential units at Wellingborough Northamptonshire at the agreed price of £2,800,000, following its announcement of 24 October 2017, it reported on Wednesday.
On that date, Energiser said it had signed a binding contract to sell 20 residential units in the Wellingborough portfolio, to strengthen the company's balance sheet in preparation for the next investment.

Net of associated bank debt, the transaction resulted in the return of £1,500,000 in cash to Energiser.
