LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Energiser Investments chief executive Dominic White is stepping down to concentrate on running KCR Residential, one of the company's property investments.
White will leave Energiser's board on 1 September to focus on his other role as CEO of KCR. Energiser owns almost 25% of KCR.
AIM-listed Energiser said it would use the coming weeks to ensure a smooth handover and to appoint another independent director. White's departure will leave non-executive chairman Stephen Wicks and executive director Nish Malde on Energiser's board.
Wicks said: "Dominic has raised capital and sourced and negotiated a number of transactions in the serviced apartments, self-storage and property fintech sectors. Since he joined, Energiser sold a portfolio of properties, worked out its development funding contracts, invested in a loan asset in Croydon and invested in KCR Residential REIT. I would like to thank Dominic for his contribution to the company."
KCR raised £3.15m in March, including from Energiser, to buy blocks of rented studios and flats at discounts to their market value.
