LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Polling company YouGov on Friday said it had £51.2m via a placing to partly fund the €315m purchase of GfK's consumer panel business.
The company said it had issued 5.6 million shares at 920p each. GfK's consumer panel business is focused on household purchase data, with panels across 16 European countries, consisting of more than 100,000 households.
