LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Caledonia Mining announced on Friday that it has filed a NI 43-101 technical report on the Maligreen project.
The AIM-traded firm described Maligreen as a property situated in the Gweru mining district in the Zimbabwe Midlands.
It contains, as stated in the report, a NI 43-101-compliant inferred mineral resource of about 940,000 ounces of gold.
"Caledonia is expecting to finalise the process of transferring the claims from the seller shortly, at which point the agreed consideration of $4m will become payable," the board said in its statement.
At 1324 GMT, shares in Caledonia Mining Corporation were up 2.13% at 960p.
