LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Cybersecurity firm Corero Network Security has tapped Andrew Miller to take over as interim chief financial officer.
Corero said on Friday that Miller will work alongside outgoing CFO Neil Pritchard until late September in order to ensure an orderly handover.
Miller has been a non-executive director at Corero since May 2020, having previously held the positions of CFO and chief operational officer from August 2010.
In parallel, the AIM-listed company said it has already commenced a search for Pritchard's successor.
As of 0930 BST, Corero shares were down 5.17% at 9.72p.
