LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - DDoS protection solutions provider Corero Network Security has struck new channel partnerships in Latin America, extending its sales footprint and generating its first new customer win in the area.
Corero Network Security said on Friday that it has signed three new strategic partner agreements in Chile with NovaRed, Vista Group International and GreyMatter, marking a "significant milestone" in the group's continued expansion and commitment to strengthening its presence in the Latin American market.
The AIM-listed company also announced it had already secured a new contract with Netline, a leading Chilean telecommunications service provider through its collaboration with GreyMatter.
Chief executive Carl Herberger said: "We are excited to welcome NovaRed, VGL, and GreyMatter as our partners in Chile and are delighted to have already secured a contract with Netline, which further expands our client base in the region.
"These new partnerships, in addition to our existing alliance with TechEnabler in Brazil, underscores our commitment to aggressively expanding our Latin American presence, alongside providing world-class DDoS protection and secure connectivity solutions across the region."
As of 1015 BST, Corero shares were up 1.62% at 19.46p.
