LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Nichols revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Alan Williams had acquired 2,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed soft drinks business.

Williams, who joined Nichols in March, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 969.99p each, for a total value of £24,249.75.

Following the transaction, Williams holds a beneficial interest in 6,500 ordinary Nichols shares, representing approximately 0.018% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1540 GMT, Nichols shares were down 0.42% at 958p.
