Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday 23 December 2025 it purchased 54,885 of its ordinary shares at a price of 662 pence per share, to be cancelled.


Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 131,169,634 ordinary shares of 10p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 131,169,634.
