LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Transport systems provider Journeo said on Monday that it had struck a systems contract award that will see it further expand into key transport corridors within North Wales.
Journeo stated the contract, valued at £800,000, included the provision of scheduled and real-time passenger information systems for "long and geographically diverse routes", where real-time passenger information was not previously present.
The AIM-listed firm said the breadth of display technologies would be managed using its content management software.
Chief executive Russ Singleton said: "Driving multiple display technologies directly from our powerful core technology and cloud-based software is giving customers greater flexibility as they scale their information estates, ready to meet the commitments they are making in their Bus Service Improvement Plans and Enhanced Partnerships".
As of 0940 GMT, Journeo shares were down 2.70% at 108.0p.
