UK Commercial Property REIT in talks with Picton on possible merger

LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - UK Commercial Property REIT on Wednesday said it was in talks with Picton Property Income Limited on a possible all-share merger.


UKCM said "there can be no certainty either that an offer will be made nor as to the terms of any such offer".

In a separate statement, Picton said under the terms of its proposal to UKCM, the combined company would be "internally managed".
